Directions The process is fairly straightforward. Mash all grains at 154?F for 60 minutes, using 1.25 quarts of water per pound of grain. Sparge to about 7.5 gallons and then boil for 60 minutes using the hop schedule above, cool, and add to fermenter. Ferment at 68?F. After two weeks total in the fermenter, package and enjoy. the result is a somewhat-mahogany hoppy ale. Cheers!
